Frank Cornelissen wines originate from Sicily near Etna. The man behind the label, Frank is extremely passionate about his wines, was born into a culture of wine and was apprehended to appreciate certain wines,  from a very young age. He has started a sort of revolutionary by not adding any chemicals and creating the 'natural wine', most wine producers add sulphur . SO2 is considered a vital component to avoid premature oxidation that most winemakers routinely add at least a few grams at bottling. His success and tenacity is all down to passion. He is behind each step of the wine making, from caring of the vines, to storage of the wine, to the bottling aspect. This gives Frank an added advantage that he is aware of what might have gone wrong at any stage.
